Origin: sun-exposed hillside vineyards in Alberobello
Aging: barrique + bottle
Winemaking: traditional vinification with wood aging and bottle maturation
Tasting notes: deep violet color, aromas of ripe dark fruit, sweet spices and light toasting. Broad, warm and structured on the palate, with a long, enveloping finish.
Service: by the glass, preserved under nitrogen and at controlled temperature to maintain its elegance and integrity.

Grape variety: 100% Negroamaro
Aging: over 12 months in French oak barriques + bottle
Winemaking: late harvest, long maceration
Tasting notes: complex bouquet of dried plum, spices, tobacco, and balsamic hints. On the palate, full-bodied and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
Service: by the glass, perfectly preserved under nitrogen and at controlled temperature.
